The award has been instituted by group of radiohams-enthusiasts.

Rules:

The first - QSO/SWL with expeditions working from the location BUNKER (Long-term Fiery Point) of Kiev hardened shelter area are valid.
The second - need to have QSO/SWL with 10 VARIOUS BUNKERS.
The third - any bands and any kind of mode. On bands 1,8 MHz, 144, 430, 1300 MHz (and is higher) enough to have 5 QSO/SWL with different BUNKERS by CW or SSB mode to obtain the award. By FM mode is in accordance with general rules.
The fourth - no any preliminary information about expedition anywhere!!! Conditions should be like partisan...

BUNKER numbering is in accordance with a Pipa's map - picture in GIF-format 1,2 Mb. One more map.

REPEATERS (ECHO-LINKS) ARE NOT VALID! OUTPUT POWER OF EXPEDITIONAL STATIONS IS NOT REGLULATED, BUT RECCOMENDED IS NOT HIGER THAN 10 WATTS QRP (there is some interest with reference to that period).

For the members of expedition is necessary to work from 10 various BUNKERS, according to the rules (no any preliminary information about expedition anywhere, power is at the option). For expeditionary station QRP (INPUT POWER is NO MORE than 10 Watts) is enough to work from 5 various BUNKERS to obtain the award.

Control number (what need to exchange) is RST=Name=QTH. QTH is BUNKER number in accordance with a Pipa's map, for example: 599=Yuri=BUNKER355 and further any additional information... THERE ARE NO ANY RESTRICTION! Destroyed Bunker (Eng.) / Zerstorter Bunker (Ger.) that means "destroyed BUNKER ".

QSOs/SWLs are valid from June, 22nd till September, 19th each year, since 2008.

Applictions for the award as extract from the log in free-form should sent by e-mail to chief award manager Alex UT4UBL to the address award@ham.net.ua . SWLs should to specify the complete QSO information (including additional information, if is) between expeditionary station and correspondent. Expeditions should send LOGs and PHOTOS from visited BUNKERS (e-mail is the same).

The additional information is possible to find out at UR4UJS and UT5UKA. The information about applicants and expeditionary stations who fulfil the award rules will be published on pages of websites http://qrp.ham.net.ua/ and http://krc.ham.net.ua/

The award is sent only by e-mail (free-of-charge) as the group image on which will be represented BUNKERS with which the competitor worked, the brief information on these structures, and also information about applicant, award number, date, signature of expeditions members.
